Cosplay (コスプレ kosupure), short for “costume play”, is a performance art in which participants wear costumes and accessories to represent a specific character or idea. Cosplayers often interact to create a subculture centred on role play. A broader use of the term cosplay applies to any costumed role play in venues apart from the stage, regardless of the cultural context. It is a hobby that originate from fans who dressed up in a Science Fiction Convention ( Worldcon ) in Los Angeles in 1983 and has spread worldwide. You can dress up as your favourite heroes you have from the series or something you have created from your own imagination and play this character on stage either in the form of competition or alone / together with a group.

Convention : A convention, in the sense of a meeting, is a gathering of individuals who meet at an arranged place and time in order to discuss or engage in some common interest.

Under the convention it will be available to buy food and drinks, all alcohol free. We have personal with first aid experience and guardsmen present during the event.
